Please read this thoroughly before claiming.
1. YOU MUST BE PATIENT when ordering. I am a student. Shipping is usually done during weekends (but I'll try to ship your items as soon as possible), if you can't wait please don't order.
2. All items are thoroughly checked before shipment. Once the package has been handed over to the courier, it is no longer under my care or fault. I am NOT liable for delays, loss, or damages from shipment caused by the local courier. It is your responsibility to provide complete, and accurate information upon placement of order.
3. Claim only if you are 100% sure that you will get the item and can pay for it on time. STRICTLY NO CANCELLATIONS once the order confirmation has been sent. Cancellation fee of 50% of your total will be charged if you choose to cancel. In case that you are unreachable/unresponsive within 3 days after the given DOP, you will be considered as a bogus buyer / joy reserver and will be blocked from having any future transactions with me.
4. I am not strict with payment deadlines but DO inform me first if there will be a problem regarding your payment. If you do not inform me ahead of time a late fee of 50 php will be charged every day after the given DOP.
5. Non-completion of payment, no shipment.
6. Should the buyer fail to pay for the item on time, I reserve the right to post information submitted and be labelled as a bogus buyer / joy reserver.
7. For complaints: Please take note that you must send a VIDEO of you unboxing the package for the complaint to be looked into. Otherwise, any filed complaint will be invalid. It will only be considered if the item/s are still INSIDE the parcel, with the parcel, tape and plastic untampered at the beginning of the video.
8. I reserve the right to accept, reject or cancel your order for any reason at any time.
9. Use shopee checkout AT YOUR OWN RISK. Lost parcels through this method will NOT BE REFUNDED.
10. For trading you must have proofs of past successful trades, if you don't, you must be willing to ship the item first. You may see my past successful trades in my proofs thread.
11. I reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time. Should there be amendments made, it will be posted online.
12. Confirming your order means agreeing to and following all of the Terms and Conditions.
